On Basic, VODs become watchable 24 hours after they’re published. The video page shows the exact time. Standard and Premium can watch right away.

Recording depends on the platform. Outages, access limits, or a stream starting just before the next live check can leave gaps, which show as Not recorded ranges. Boosting a channel shortens its live check interval.

It depends on the channel’s boost level: 15 days at level 1, 60 days at level 2, and unlimited at level 3. See How long VODs are kept.

Plans are billed monthly, every 3 months, or yearly. Quarterly saves 20% and yearly 30% compared to monthly. See Plans.

Upgrades apply right away with a prorated charge. Downgrades and cycle changes apply at your next billing date and can be canceled before then. See Changing your plan.

No. Payments are non-refundable once made. You keep your benefits until the end of the cycle after canceling. See Canceling and resuming.

Your card can’t be removed while your subscription has benefits, including a canceled one that hasn’t ended. You can change it at any time.
