Changing your plan

Upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing cycles, and learn how proration and scheduled changes work.

Manage your plan in Dashboard > Billing and subscription. Only an active subscription can be changed.

Upgrade

Select Upgrade on a higher plan. The upgrade applies immediately, and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of your current cycle. The charge is shown before you confirm.

Downgrade

Select Downgrade on a lower plan. The change is scheduled for your next billing date; until then you keep your current plan’s benefits. No refund is given for the difference.

Change the billing cycle

Select Change billing cycle to switch between monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Like a downgrade, the new cycle starts at your next billing date. Longer cycles cost less per month: quarterly saves 20% and yearly 30%.

Cancel a scheduled change

A pending downgrade or cycle change appears under Scheduled change with the date it applies. Select Cancel to keep your current plan.
