Credits and redeem codes
How your credit balance pays for charges before your card, and how to redeem codes for credits or a plan.
Credits
Credits are a balance in U.S. dollars on your account. You can get them from a redeem code, a promotion, or a refund we grant, such as the automatic credit when a channel you boosted with add-on boosts is removed.
On every plan or add-on charge, your credit balance is used first and only the rest goes to your card. If credits cover the whole charge, your card isn’t charged at all. If the card part is declined, the credits used for that charge are returned.
See your balance and history in Dashboard > Credits:

| Grant | Credits granted by Streaminz. |
| Payment | Credits spent on a charge. |
| Revoked | Credits removed, for example if granted by mistake. |
Credits have no cash value, can’t be withdrawn or transferred, and aren’t refundable. See Credits and redeem codes.
Redeem codes
A redeem code gives you either credits or a plan for a set period.
- Credit codes add credits to your balance right away.
- Plan codes start a subscription for the granted period. You need to register a card and choose a billing cycle; when the period ends, the plan renews at the regular price unless you cancel.
Each code can be used under the conditions stated with it. Codes can’t be sold or bought from unofficial sources.
