Include your account ID (from **Dashboard** > **Account**) and links to the videos or pages involved.

## Removal requests [#removal-requests]

Broadcasters and rights holders can ask us to remove a VOD, clip, or highlight, or to stop archiving a channel. Email [contact@streaminz.io](mailto:contact@streaminz.io) with:

1. your name and contact details;
2. the content or channel concerned, for example its Streaminz link;
3. a description of the right you hold or represent; and
4. a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.

We review each request promptly and may restrict access while we do. See [Broadcast content and copyright](/legal/terms-of-service#broadcast-content).

## Privacy requests

To access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, contact us by email or the support center. We may ask you to confirm you control the email on your account. See [Your rights and choices](/legal/privacy-policy#your-rights).

## Appeals

If we acted on your content or account and you think it was a mistake, reply to our decision or email us. We'll review it and tell you the result.

## Security vulnerabilities

Report vulnerabilities to [contact@streaminz.io](mailto:contact@streaminz.io) and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix them before disclosing.
