## Cancel your subscription

1. Go to **Dashboard** > **Billing and subscription** and select **Cancel subscription**.
2. Review the benefits you'll lose and the date they end.
3. Tell us why you're canceling, then select **Schedule cancellation**.

Canceling stops future renewals. You keep every benefit until the end of the current billing cycle, and the plan then expires on its own.

If you're canceling because of your card or the price, you may not need to: you can [change your card](/billing/payment-methods) or [switch to a longer, cheaper cycle](/billing/changing-your-plan#change-the-billing-cycle) without canceling.

## Resume

Before the cycle ends, select **Resume subscription**. Your plan continues as before with the same billing dates.

## After the plan ends

- VOD playback, ad-free viewing, storage, and the editor stop.
- Boosts backed by the plan end, so boosted channels may lose their level.
- You can subscribe again at any time.

## Refunds

**All payments are non-refundable once made**, including for unused time, cancellation, downgrades, or broadcasts that weren't recorded. The one exception is the automatic credit for boost add-ons when a boosted channel is removed. See [Cancellation and no refunds](/legal/terms-of-service#cancellation).
