## New sign-in alerts

When your account signs in from a new device, we send a **Logins** notification, always including an email. If it wasn't you:

1. Secure your email account first, since email codes are how you sign in.
2. Tell us at [contact@streaminz.io](mailto:contact@streaminz.io) so we can end the unknown sessions.

## Undo an email change

If someone changed your email, use the undo link we sent to your previous address. See [Change your email](/account/settings#change-your-email).

## Close your account

Contact [contact@streaminz.io](mailto:contact@streaminz.io) or the support center to close your account. Cancel any active plan first; closing an account doesn't refund payments.

When your account is closed, we delete your comments, reactions, likes, bookmarks, playlists, follows, notifications, push subscriptions, and credit balance. Billing records are kept for as long as the law requires. See [How long we keep information](/legal/privacy-policy#retention).
